The Board of Directors is Insper's highest management body. It is up to it to choose the President of the institution, as well as his strategic orientation, vision and mission.
The Board of Trustees is an additional governance body, made up mainly of members of the families responsible for the donation that gave rise to Insper as an independent, non-profit entity.
This board is responsible for approving the appointment of the President of the Institution, making sure that the mission and vision are fulfilled and that there are sufficient resources to meet this objective.

The Superior Council is the highest body of deliberation and standardization in didactic-scientific, administrative and disciplinary matters, and is composed of directors, teachers, students and administrative technicians.
The Executive Committee is responsible for managing Insper's operational activities in accordance with the strategic guidelines given by the Board of Counselors.
The Academic Committee is the body that discusses and deliberates on the school's academic strategy. This includes ensuring the integration and quality of the programs, as well as defining research and faculty management policies.
The CPA develops a joint reflection on what the school intends, how it will carry out the proposed activities, what practices and technologies will be used and also evaluates the results obtained.
The CEA aims to bring together the different stakeholders of the school, monitor the performance and insertion in the sphere of teaching and research, in the disciplines of business and economics.
The International Advisory Board (IAB) has the participation of renowned foreign academics with experience in the best business schools in the world and aims to guide and evaluate our projects.
