Insper is one of the two AACSB institutions, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the main certifying association for business schools in the world. The certification is a source of great pride and decisive for the Institution's internationalization strategy. Less than 5% of the world's business schools have the seal.
In 2017, we received the EQUIS accreditation, an international certification issued by the European Foundation. The seal of quality is awarded to schools that meet a global standard of excellence. With the certification, we now belong to the select group of business schools in the world, less than 1%, that have the Triple Crown (AMBA + AACSB + EQUIS). The accreditation reinforces our commitment to internationalization and reflects our quality of teaching among the best business schools in the world.
Amba – Association of MBAs is the English certifying association that accredits MBA programs. Created in 1967, its accreditation standards are global for all certified MBAs. Insper has its Executive MBA programs certified among 167 programs from 72 countries. In Brazil, only five institutions are accredited, including Insper.
Insper's undergraduate programs in Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Computer Engineering have been accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, a global organization of university programs in applied and natural sciences, computing, engineering, and engineering technology. The seal certifies that the programs meet the international standards required for professional training. Insper is the first institution in the country to have three accredited engineering courses.

The European Foundation for Management Development is present in 81 countries and promotes forums for discussions, research, and networking on management practice and development. She has more than 35 years of experience in coordinating projects and activities that promote dialogue around organizations and educational institutions. Insper is a member of CLADEA (Latin American Council of Business Schools), an international organization that brings together higher education institutions and international organizations dedicated to teaching and research in the field of business administration. The objective of CLADEA is to contribute to solving the most important problems of Latin American societies through the dissemination of knowledge and techniques of Business Administration. Currently, there are more than 240 public and private institutions located in 32 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Oceania.
Insper is a member of the GBSN (Global Business School Network), a global network of business schools that emerged as a program of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a World Bank institution dedicated to stimulating private sector growth in developing countries. Headquartered in Washington, the GBSN currently has about 120 members in more than 50 countries. Some of the most prestigious business schools in the world participate in it, such as MIT Sloan, Stanford, and NYU Stern (United States), Insead (France), Oxford Saïd (United Kingdom), Iese and Esade (Spain), and IMD (Switzerland).
