Associate Professor at Insper, holds an MBA from Wharton and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from FGV SP. He is one of the Program Directors of the Hub.i9 research initiative and an affiliated researcher of the Early Childhood (NCPI) and a member of the Technical Committee of the Interdisciplinarity and Evidence Portal in the Educational Debate (IEDE). He is the co-director of the Organizational Studies Division of SEMEAD.
He has worked in consulting and private equity. His research interests include creative industries, education, entrepreneurship, and social network analysis.
